Login process for a migrated Forum

Forum Account Migration Instructions

If your Forum was recently updated and you haven’t logged in yet, your account needs to be migrated. Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Login form and enter your current username and password.

2. Click the [SignIn] button to start the migration process.

3. If your credentials are correct and your password meets the new security requirements:

   • Your account will be migrated automatically.

   • You will be logged in successfully.

4. If your account is locked, contact the Forum administrators to unlock it. After unlocking, try logging in again.

5. If your password does not meet the new security standards, you will be redirected to reset it.

6. If the password entered does not match the stored one:

   • An email will be sent to confirm your identity before password reset.

   • The email is sent to your registered address.

   • If you cannot access that email, please contact the Forum administrator.

7. Read any messages displayed during the process carefully; they will help resolve potential issues.
