Issues displaying thumbnails in posts?

It says scaled, is it set to scaled now. Testing :-)

Can a image be to small? I got the icon above earlier also, when i try to insert a small image.

Ok, I'll check, could be something getting over ridden by the editor 

I think it is only effective when the image is uploaded, that is when the thumbnail gets created, it does not change it on the fly

It shouldn't, can you try attaching the image as a file instead of adding to library and I can look into it

This is two files i tried to insert, and got that other thumbnail as shown above

I will try to explain again. If i upload an image (with the button that leaves the code "image="), and the image is small. Small as the two files I showed earlier. Then the thumbnail I get in the post here is not the same image, but something that looks like a generic image icon. The right image is uploaded in the album and when I click on the thumbnail in post, the right image turns up

Able to replicate locally, may be related to timings so will have a play around
