The space issue unfortunately is a bit odd, it does not always happen and seems to be more so in Chrome than other browsers, and is not strictly related to the forum code, it just gets it wrong for some reason. Difficult to pin down the cause since it isn't erroring as such, just the browser gets confused for some reason. I'm guessing it is a bug somewhere in the bootstrap code.
If it is occurring more often when in rtl mode, I will take a look as at least if it is consistent it will be easier to find maybe.

for the comma, you will need to edit the "labels" "lblHello" resource (I added the comma to the text instead of in the template)
