Description
I tired to delete the file in the screenshot via webfile manager and got the error in the screenshot.
Steps
repeated the tick in checkbox and clicked the delete icon
Results

There is no need to delete this file now as I've manually edit the post it refers too.
But the bug will need looking into.

refresh browser, fix was in javascript so will be cached in your browser

Done a complete wipe off all data in chrome and tired a reload on the all members page and got:-

I've done clear cache/cookies on serveral machines and load different browser and still can the redirect error message i.e to clear cache, any thing else i can try.

just tired on a mobile phone that has never been on the site and same after clicking ok to confirm the delete action I get the redirect message. i.e to many tries

@huwr not sure if this helps but when I delete files via file manager here after the deletion it goes to: https://www.reddick.co.uk/Mvc/WebFileManager/delete however on my site it goes to; WebFileManager/delete
