should sort out autopopulate the theme chooser first, currently you have to add them manually smile

it was mainly done as an experiment, it is possible to download bootstrap themes so wanted to see how easy/well they integrated into the forum if I downloaded one.
Turned out fairly well, only had to make some minor tweaks.

I should perhaps make a post on theming the forum smile
