All the emails sent by the forum can be translated into the base language of the Forum.

From Admin|Translations menu, click the [Email Templates] button, this will open the Templates editor ...

Select the Template and Language, the relevant template will be loaded into the HTML editor window.

The following Tags are used internally by the forum code when generating the email, you may move these around in your template, but DO NOT remove them :

1. [SERVER] - The url of the Forum
2. [FORUM] - Title of the Forum
3. [SUBJECT] - Subject of the email
4. [DATE] - Current date
5. [USER] - Userame of the recipient
6. [URL] - Link back to forum
7. [EXTRATEXT] - Other text passed to the template
