While I'm sorting out the subscriptions, I have a question if a topic gets moved to a new forum that has subscriptions, should it send out emails even if the topic is an old one ?

I say yes so the person knows it has moved, but im happy to go with the flow.

I've known many an old topic to be sparked into life by someone, seems like a good idea to me
