What are your thoughts on the poll mod.
Personally I do quite like it, but I really don't like the way the database stuff is implemented. If I implement and create a new data layer, what do you think the impact of not being able to upgrade existing Polls ?

I use polls on my forum and they are not as popular as I would like.
Personally I think it's nice having a poll on main screen as it's a quick way to interact with your members.

Is there a poll mod on here?
I've used them a bit as you know Mush, and like them, they make a forum more interesting at times but a foum needs to be fairly lively to make them worthwhile but hopefully a good new forum will help a bit of a foprum comeback

I think polls will need to be rolled into the base code rather than a MOD since it needs to interact closely with topics in the back end
