Image comments have been enabled here, please test and post comments/bugs/suggestions in the plugin forums.
You can't comment on your own images unless someone else has made a comment.

Seems to be working well so far and smilies are working with it too, you have to know the code for the smilies of course I don't know if you'll be adding a smilies table eventually? a nice feature imo
