These options have now been hidden by default in order to save screen realestate on mobile displays, to show them on a page look for the icon to the  right of the breadcrumb navigation, this will expand any filtering/ptions for that page.

If you wish them to be displayed by default instead, you can do this by adding a javascript function call to the page template.
