I'm not sure why the forum didn't agree that 60+0=60. It could be a space there after the answer. Then you get "wrong value of sum, please try again".
Is it difficult to automatically remove any space that might be there?

Don't know. The error is just the error displayed when it does not match, unsure why it would fail incorrectly unless it has shown a cached image which does not match the sum maybe.

Yes, they must have entered it. Maybe a silly suggestion, but don't understand why she gets that error when the math is correct.

if there was a space they must have entered it, the box is empty by default (no spaces)
