I updated the jQuery and bootstrap libraries because they reported vulnerabilities, now none of the modal dialogs work

did you find anything out ?

issue is the bootstrap js library, have rolled that back to 3.4.1 and everything working. I will try to figure out why 4.0 breaks them.
